Terms & Conditions

“Ready, Set, Go for Life!” is owned by J&G TM Pty Ltd ABN: 32 626 400 897 and all references to “We”, “Us” and “Our” are to that company and its employees. “You and Your” refers to both educators and parents of children enrolling into the program, as applicable.

1. Ready, Set, Go for Life! 10 Week Program Details

1. We will deliver 10 exercise and wellness sessions based within the grounds of the school/preschool on a weekly basis during term dates. A report card and completion certificate will be issued at the end of term.
2. All parents must complete an enrolment and pre-screening form prior to their child commencing Our program. When reviewing the form, if We deem it necessary for health reasons, We can request a medical clearance is provided by your child’s nominated treating doctor prior to commencement to ensure they can safely join Our program.
3. The pre-screening and enrolment form only needs to be completed once per year, once enrolled it is assumed your child will continue for the remainder of the year.
4. Our trainers do not make-up part of the educator to child ratio, educators will need to be present during the session.
5. We will provide up to two make-up sessions per term if We are unable to complete the sessions for reasons such as inclement weather, session day falls on a public holiday, trainer unable to attend, or if notified of an event clash (Mothers Day morning tea, fire brigade visit etc.).

2. Inclement Weather

1. We will not run a session if it is above 35 degrees Celsius. If the session cannot be moved inside due to space restrictions, We will attempt to move the session to earlier in the day. If this is not possible, We will offer a make-up session at the end of the term, in accordance with point 1.3.
2. If is it raining and the session cannot be moved inside due to space restrictions, We will offer a make-up session at the end of the term, in accordance with point 1.3.

3. Payment Details

1. Payment for the program is $90 upfront (inclusive of GST) and is due one week prior to the first session, paid in per term instalments.
2. An invoice will be sent to Your email address. It Is Your duty to keep your email address up to date.
3. Payment will be completed via bank transfer with details advised on the invoice.
4. If a child commences part-way through the term they will be charged only for the remaining sessions for that term.
5. If Your child is sick or injured for three consecutive weeks, we are happy to refund the cost of the missed sessions.
6. If a planned holiday is notified to Us, the cost of the program can be adjusted on a pro-rata basis prior to commencement.
7. If You need to withdraw your child from the program, please advise Us in writing by emailing admin@readysetgoforlife.com.au. It will be at the discretion of Ready, Set, Go for Life! if a refund will be issued as per the above terms.

Liability Release, Acknowledgement and Waiver

You acknowledge that the services offered by Ready, Set, Go for Life! involve risk, including but not limited to bodily injury. By enrolling Your child into a program, allowing them to participate in a trial day or attend and take part in an event or birthday party facilitated by Ready, Set, Go for Life! You:

• Release and forever discharge J&G TM Pty Ltd, trading as Ready, Set, Go for Life! from all claims that may have had arisen from, or in connection with, my child and a Ready, Set, Go for Life! program, day or event; and
• Indemnify, will keep indemnified and hold harmless J&G TM Pty Ltd, trading as Ready, Set, Go for Life! to the extent permitted by law in respect of any claim as a result of or in connection with a Ready, Set, Go for Life! program, day or event.

You warrant that your child has not at any time suffered blackout, seizure, convulsion, fainting, dizzy spells or any other medical condition which would render it unsafe for my child to take part in a Ready, Set, Go for Life! program, trial day or event.

You have read the Terms and Conditions and give consent for your child to participate in Our program.
