Sessions are holistic in nature because we believe health is not purely physical. Over the course of the program we engage children through active play, sports skills games and fun physical activities whilst also discussing healthy eating and mental wellbeing.
Our preschool program caters to children from 2.5 - 6 years old and aims to improve overall fundamental movement development whilst also introducing the basics of a variety of sports. This program is completed in line with the school term with sessions running for 30 mins, suitable for up to 15 children per class.
A weekly lesson plan is provided to educators with details on the lesson focus, outcomes and learning points along with relevant links to the Early Years Learning Framework. At the end of the term, all children will receive a certificate which includes information on how they are progressing through the fundamental movement skills.
