About Ready Set Go Exercise Physiology

Childhood is a crucial time for development. Those negatively impacted not only have potential developmental delays but also have flow-on effects that are visible in the classroom and into social settings. Exercise physiology can address these issues and assist with hitting developmental milestones and progression through fundamental movements skill to allow children to reach their full potential and engage in their surroundings with confidence.


Our Exercise Physiology services for children are delivered by Georgia an allied health professional specialising in paediatric health (and fun)!


As  a mobile service Georgia can come to you! This allows sessions to be delivered in the comfort of the school environment where children are in familiar spaces. Georgia also able to complete home visits within the Illawarra.


Experience in working with children is what sets Ready Set Go apart. Georgia specialises in understanding and engaging children to make sessions enjoyable and goal oriented and recognises that working with children is very different to working with adults therefore the sessions and delivery style reflect that.

Physical disabilities or impairments such as Cerebral Palsy or Spina Bifida

Hypermobility issues such as Ehlers Danlos Syndrome

Autism Spectrum Disorder

Vision or hearing impairments

Learning difficulties

Exercise Physiology sessions can be privately funded, or depending on individual circumstances Medicare rebates or NDIS funding can be accessed.
